this machine is UV varnisher for paperboard.For its powder-removing part.it not only can be equipped with powder-removing device with  general hair-brush roller.but also water-washing type powder-removing pressurized roller device.This machine adopts a coating base that is made up of three rollers.The paperboards can be flatten its rough surface by rendering coating base with water-type or oil-type glazing oil.then are conveyed by conveyance belt and are conducted drying handling by passing through infrared and hot-air blasting device.at last are conducted UV varnishing(there are 3 rollers or 4 rollers for coating base for your selection).therefore.this machine can save a large quantity of UV oil.
